Emily Leach brings a considerable base of financial expertise to Capital Pacific Bank where, since 2006, she has served in her capacity as a vice president, both as a client service officer and a credit approval officer. Having invested several years with US Bancorp underwriting complex commercial credits, Emily has the expertise to work with clients from a wide spectrum of business and industry—her clientele also includes service and non-profit organizations. Emily graduated with honors from Linfield College and holds a degree in international business. She is an active participant in the Portland community, and is currently involved with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), The Link for Women, Community Associations Institute, and Linfield Young Alumni.

Specializing in professional practices and non-profit organizations, Kristen Connor’s experience in the financial services industry also includes a solid base of businesses and industries. Having been the owner of a small business before joining the Capital Pacific Bank team, Kristen has an informed business perspective that complements her financial expertise and serves her clients well. Kristen holds a degree in international economics from the University of Colorado with a minor in business administration from the Colorado University Leeds School of Business.

Anne Marie Flora-Lowe is an accomplished banker with 20 years of community banking and management experience. As a member of Capital Pacific Bank’s Deposit Team, she offers extensive experience delivering banking services and financial solutions to businesses and local nonprofit organizations. Flora-Lowe came to the bank from Northwest Bank, where she managed commercial banking deposit sales and cash management. She also served as vice-president, professional banking regional manager and vice president, professional banking officer for both Bank of the Cascades and Bank of the Northwest. An active member of the community, Anne Marie is a member of the Rotary Club of Portland and currently serves as immediate past president. She serves on the Salvation Army Advisory Board, Child Centered Solutions Board of Directors, and is a member of the Lakewood Center for the Arts Advisory Council. In 2008, Anne Marie was honored by the Portland Business Journal as one of its 40 Under Forty award recipients. She holds a degree in International Business from Linfield College.

Mark Moffenbier

Mark Moffenbier specializes in the financial and banking needs of social mission-driven organizations. His insight into the operational issues unique to these entities makes him a valuable advisor to both non-profit and for profit organizations. Mark came to Capital Pacific Bank after six years with Shore Bank Pacific, where he worked closely with companies engaged in sustainable industries. With 25 years of experience in banking, including 15 as a trust business development officer, he has also served as director of development for a large hospital system. A graduate of Portland State University with a degree in Applied Psychology and Economics, he is an active supporter of The Children’s Center and various social mission-driven organizations.

Carol Warneke is a seasoned banker with more than 25 years of experience with financial institutions throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington. Well-respected as a leader with community and civic organizations, Carol works closely with non-profit organizations and professional practices. Her deep knowledge of smart banking and financial practices makes her an invaluable counselor to her clients. A registered insurance agent, she was a senior marketing executive with Davidson Benefits Planning. She also led business development and marketing for Pinnacle Bank of Oregon, and spent 14 years with the Oregon Bankers Association where she consulted with financial institutions throughout Oregon. A native of Portland, she attended Portland State University.
